About Souffle

I always order souffle if its on the menu. I don’t mind the wait.

This isn’t a blog dedicated to food or cooking, although you may find posts on that topic here. Here you will find life as I know it from suburban Melbourne. I have four daughters, all just about teenagers now. I teach part time but my main focus is a dissertation in education. I’m in the writing phase and see-saw between inspiration and writer’s block. I travel quite a bit to present my research but in between just try to get on with a busy family life. Writing here is a wonderful outlet. Blogging allows you to reach out beyond your suburb and beyond your country.
