TS EXPORT® LOCATION
TS EXPORT® has its main operating base in Himeji, JAPAN with easy access to Kobe, Osaka and the Kansai International Airport.
The Kansai area has a strong, dynamic, internationally focussed economy. If the area was a country it would be the 10th largest country in the world.
The TS EXPORT® service covers all of Japan and lets you ship your stock from the nearest international ports such as Yokohama, Kawasaki, Nagoya, Osaka and Kobe. Shipping from the nearest port from where your stock is located reduces cost and the time it takes for you to receive your shipment.
For shipments containerised at our Export Centre in Himeji, shipping from the major international ports of Kobe and Osaka means minimal trucking and drayage costs and the best shipping frequency. These ports have been designated a Super Hub Port by the Japanese government, which means an even better shipping frequency - get your stock even quicker - and with even lower port taxes.

PLANNING YOUR VISIT
The most comfortable weather to visit is in the Autumn months from September to November where daytime temperatures are pleasant and there is generally less rain than most other months.
May can also have pleasant weather.
The TS EXPORT® service is an online service. It lets you import from Japan without having to visit Japan.
However, if you wish to visit Japan it will be more pleasant if you avoid the Rainy Season in June and July and the peak summer heat and humidity of August. Weather can be cold between December and February, although there tends to be less rain than in other times of the year and days will often be sunny and pleasant.
For business trips to Japan it's also best to avoid the shutdown periods of Golden Week, Obon, Silver Week and Japanese New Year and be aware of Public Holidays in Japan.
