VEHICLE DISMANTLING FOR PARTS
All dismantling work is done:- in our fully equiped, fully undercover workshop with a vehicle hoist, gas and fluids evacuation equipment.
- by our trained Japanese professionals with decades of industry experience in building, repairing and dismantling cars.
- to our exclusive checklist system, so that nothing can be forgotten or missed.

PARTS HANDLING & STORAGE
An essential element to your profitability is the elimination of damage to your stock both prior to containerisation and during transit. Our aim is for you to get parts in the hands of your customers in the same condition as it was when we first sourced the stock for you.
This process begins with our collection and storage systems. Every handling movement is an opportunity for damage and so we minimise handling by the use of Unitised Handling Systems and Stock Protection.
We offer you industry leading Stock Handling & Protection Systems:
- Parts are stored in protective steel units and moveable trolleys until containerisation
- Bonnets and Fenders are separated and bottom edges protected with felt
- Nose Cuts are palletised, stored back to back and protected with foam rubber
- Engines are palletised and stored under cover
- Small Parts such as Headlights, Tail Lights and Grilles are stored in protective Plastic Trays and Boxes
- Allocated Parts Stock is Color Coded and Tagged

PARTS PROTECTION IN TRANSIT
Careful packing and stock protection is essential for the prevention of damage in transit. To prevent damage:- We've pooled decades of parts containerisation experience to offer you proven packing techniques to avoid stock damage
- We source a variety of stock protection materials for use in packing containers
- Containers are available for up to a week to allow a careful 'slow pack', which means no more unnecessary damage from rushing to meet shipping deadlines
- The TS Export Centre is operational 24 hours 7 days a week to allow sufficient time for a careful pack and still meet your shipping deadline

PREMIUM PARTS PROTECTION
If you have special stock protection needs we have a Premium Protection option to give you a standard of protection far superior to normal export practice. With the Premium Protection option we:- Clean off dirt
- Bubble wrap all body parts
- Add Face, Edge and Corner protection to all doors, tailgates, trunks, etc.
- Add identifying label on outside of bubble wrap
- Bubble Wrap seats etc. with additional cardboard protection where necessary
Which Means:
- Maximum protection during container loading, transit, unloading and handling to your premises
- Stock is already protected for sale to your customers. If necessary, the stock can be unwrapped for inspection, and resealed with the same wrapping, saving time and money
