This is my personal journey back to emotional health by confronting and healing my violent past. I don’t know what else to say to simplify these pages for your immediate reading satisfaction. I’ve never written a blog before, I don’t know if I’m doing it right but I’m doing it and that is it’s own little miracle.

your’e definately doing it right. stick with the writing, it’s powerful.
in my experience an online diary has all the attributes of a confession box.
for me music has always been a great comfort, friend and guide. never abusive or judgemental.

It’s funny, I remember as I read your comment, I’ve always felt a very deep emotional connection to music throughout my life. It’s magical the way a melody can conjure a mood or a memory, inspire creation, ease stress, flame passions … I sit here and realize now, I’ve always had music in my life to keep my soul strong. Thank you for reminding me.
