Vehicle Interior Grades are usually A, B, C, D and E.

Typically these grades mean:

A - No repairs required for resale. Possible defects include very small tears, burn marks or stains.

B - No repairs required for resale. Normal wear. Possible defects include small tears, burn marks, stains, screw holes, minor dash defects.

C - Minor repairs required for resale. Possible defects include tears, cigarette burn marks, worn areas, screw holes, dashboard distortion or cracking.

D - Repairs required for resale. Possible defects include cigarette burn marks, dashboard distortion. The interior may also be dirty and need significant cleaning.

E - Major repairs required for resale. Possible defects include significant damage to the dashboard, major tears and distortion of seats. The interior may also be very dirty and smelly.
