A turtle was inching by the the road, when he met a squirrel busy gathering nuts.  The squirrel took pity on the turtle for he seemed to have been walking a long distance.  “Where are you going, turtle?”. 

The turtle said, “I’m hoping to reach the country fair this afternoon. I hear it’s a fun place to visit.” The squirrel replied, “But my friend, at the rate you’re going, it will take you days to reach the fair; it’s two forests and one lake away.”

The old turtle paused and smiled gently at the squirrel. “Well my friend, I was planning to go fishing on the way too.”
