I can't fully claim that it is God's divine appointment because I didn't pray for it. But anyhow, here's how i think He provided for me:
Tuesday 10/04/07
- I stayed back in the office until 9pm to do a little reading for my presentation tomorrow for a topic I was given today. And gave up icecream appt for just to prepare alone in the office.
- The topic was 'Portfolio Manager' which i have no clue of.
- Left the office still a little lost of the how to approach the PM with questions. So I hesitated at the thought of calling a friend who was in that line of work but not a PM.
- Just as I was walking the usual route to the busstop outside PWC building, i stopped to turn ard to talk to my friend's dad for 3mins.
- After the chat, I crossed the junction and was halfway crossing in the darkness of the night when...
- A single car honked at me at the stop line.
- It WAS the friend whom I was dying to ask abt the PM role.
- So great! i was not only offered a lift home but also i got to ask my questions. We had dinner too and BAM! Now i'm more confident for tomorrow's presentation.
Sweetness of being His people.
Nites!

I just opened the package containing the 25th anniversary edition Rubik's Cube which my sister bought for me from California. Hotdog! And right even before i started, i spent 10mins opening the package which was riddled with sticky tape all over, so much for my dream to solve it in a week.
I don't have a camera or phone camera (wonky) to take a photo of the untouched product!! Can't cheat with a 'before' photo to claim that i have completed it either. Hahaha!
Sup ya'll....here comes the wannabe GEP. Day#1 begins.

My stressful month has passed. The reunion is finally over and it was a good time being with my secondary school friends and with the P as well. 6 months of discussion, 1 month of execution, 1 night to remember. Can't wait for the photos captured by JonB who was our professional for the night.
More posts to come, God having been my strength and my tower throughout the month of busyness has shed a lot of light on certain things which are very important in my life right now. A matter of being busy but still giving piority to things that matter more to me. :) ** edit: something to confess: amidst being busy, there is one lesson that God was teaching me, to un-hurry and un-busy my life now...
It was my first evening service, cuz i overslept in the morning. God just met me there and i felt ministered by the peace and solitude of the small congregation and leader. It had been a while since i was alone by myself and in church and i was thankful for that. And how concidental in God's divine timing was that, i picked up the book that i was trying to complete and immediately i began with the chapter where i last left off (during my busyness) was on "An unhurried life". Quote John Ortberg (one of my favourite authors), " The press of busyness is like a charm... the truth is, as much as we complain about it, we are drawn to hurry. It makes us feel important. It keeps the adrenaline pumping. It means we don't have to look too closely at the heart or life. It keeps us from feeling our loneliness." Isn't it amazing how God knows what we are going through at times? ** I think i know what to do. :)
Achar!
Got my graduation photos back too!! Achar!

Christmas is over :( ...well not really....because it was over time that Christmas begun to be tradition to celebrate the birth of infant Jesus, that Christians follow. The Bible does not quote the exact day Christ was born, whether there was exactly 3 wise men or as movies/pictures depict, or a donkey that brought Joseph and Mary with baby Jesus to Egypt.
Reminded of God's Glory, Christmas should really live in us everday! There should be a cause of celebration each morning we arise and to love thy neighbours as we commonly do at Christmas season, because of what Christ has done already. There must be anticipation and eagerness for what each day will reveal as we walk with God in our relationships with Him.
To the new year to come, taking from the truth in the Matthew 28:18-20:
Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."
Oh... 10 days is over. This has been a good break, having some time to regroup my thoughts, spending time @ home, meeting up with all the folks. Its been fun, wished I had more but its now "Bye" and "Hello" to work again! I'm still available anytime from 6pm to 7am ;)
