Catskill Animal Sanctuary in the Catskills of New York State is where visitors can enjoy 300 goats, pigs, chickens, sheep, and other barnyard residents. The place opened in 2001 as a rehabilitation center for neglected or abused farm animals. With great care these creatures can be adored and cuddled.
Located near Cooperstown, Glimmerglass State Park is among the most popular Central New York attractions. It is home to the oldest covered bridge in the US, the Hyde Hall Bridge, dating back to 1825. Among the best hiking trails are the Blue Bird Trail and the Covered Bridge Trail. The Glimmerglass Lake is featured in the “Leatherstocking Tales” by James Fenimore Cooper. The bay is overlooked by the Hyde Hall mansion. Within the park are a beach, picnic areas with pavilions, and a playground.

Amazing angel statues
Some amazing and impressive statues of angels.
The Angel with the Cross is located at Castel Sant’Angelo, a towering fortress in Rome, Italy. The angel stands on the Saint Angel Bridge. This statue has historical and religious significance and was originally built as part of a mausoleum for the Roman Emperor Hadrian. The angel is holding a cross representing the Lord’s protection and guidance for the city of Rome and its residents. The statue also symbolizes the Lord’s guidance and intervention in Roman affairs.

New Mexico is known as the Land of Enchantment. The state offers a lot of natural places to enjoy.
The Casa Grande Trading Post & Museum is located in the historic village of Cerrillos. The 28-room adobe building dates from 1975 and was constructed out of 65,000 handmade adobe bricks. The Cerrillos Turquoise Mining Museum exhibits a collection of mining antiques, dioramas, photographs, and a large mineral collection. A gift shop features handmade jewelry with rare Cerrillos turquoise.
There is a petting zoo with playful goats, a llama named Coco, and chickens.

Famous statues in Europe
Angry Boy in Oslo, Norway, is located in Vigeland Sculpture Park. It’s the creation of the Norwegian sculptor Gustav Vigeland. This sculpture stands out among others, depicting a young boy in distress, capturing the intensity of his emotions as he throws a tantrum. He is frozen in motion with one foot lifted and his fists clenched and appears in an intense moment of rage.

Buttermilk Falls is the tallest waterfall in New Jersey, standing at approximately 200 feet. It is located in the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, specifically on Mountain Road near Walpack Center. The best way to get close to the falls is by trekking, and a stairway leads to the falls.

Tallest statues in the US
Christ of the Ozarks is an impressive sculpture of Jesus near Eureka Springs, Arkansas, on the peak of Magnetic Mountain. The statue was designed by sculptor Emmet Sullivan in 1966. The statue faces west, and sunsets often turn the spread-armed Savior a rosy pink.
Dignity of Earth and Sky was constructed in 2016 by the Missouri River near Chamberlain, South Dakota. It was built of stainless steel and is 50 feet tall. honors the Sioux Nation. It represents the cultural heritage and resilience of the Lakota and Dakota people. The statue depicts a Native American woman holding a quilt, symbolizing the importance of women in Sioux culture.

In Brookline, the Andres Institute of Art and Sculpture Garden features around 100 sculptures created by artists from all over the world that decorate the surrounding hiking trails. The stone and sculptures sit on and around Potanipo Hill.
Lincoln, New Hampshire, has a glacial pothole called the Basin. This is a 30-foot-wide, 15-foot-deep bowl formed from a torrent of rushing water pouring down the face of a granite cliffs. The falls are formed by the Pemigewasset River in Franconia Notch State Park. In 1839, when the American essayist, poet, and philosopher Henry David Thoreau saw the Basin, he called it “perhaps the most remarkable curiosity of its kind in New England.”

Albert Szukalski’s Last Supper is a set of twelve hooded plaster figures standing atop a hill below Daylight Pass and resembling Death himself. This is located near the ghost town of Rhyolite. It is named after the artist who sculpted this art installation in 1984. The sculptors, as Szukalski claims, take inspiration from da Vinci’s painting of Christ’s Last Supper. They are located on the grounds of the Goldwell Open Air Museum and await visitors.
Beaver Dam State Park is located by the Utah border. It offers lovely scenery with deep, stream-cut canyons, mixed conifer forests, and trails to explore. There are multiple waterfalls. Beaver Dam Creek is packed with trout. There are tree-shrouded campsites in the designated Watchable Wildlife Area where you can see wild turkeys and bobcats.
