I am a third-year PhD candidate in Electrical Engineering at Stanford University, advised by Shuran Song and part of the REALab. Previously, I obtained a B.E. in Automation Engineering and a B.A. in Product Design from Tsinghua University. During my undergrad, I was fortunate to be advised by Leonidas J. Guibas at Stanford and Li Yi at Tsinghua University.
My research focuses on leveraging machine learning algorithms to design and control robots, enabling them to perform complex manipulation tasks efficiently and robustly in the real world.

How Machine Learning Brings Unconventional Robots to Life
Robot learning has largely focused on standard platformsโbut can it embrace robots of all shapes and sizes?
In this blog post, we show how data-driven methods bring unconventional robots to life, enabling capabilities that traditional designs and control can't achieve.
