I am a research tech lead at Descript.
I lead teams of video and audio generation research, and video editing agent.
I finished PhD student at the University of British Columbia, advised by Prof. Helge Rhodin. My research interests mainly focus on computer vision, machine learning, and generative models (images, shapes, physics).
Before this, I spent a year at Dartmouth College as a research intern, working on physics-based machine learning, advised by Prof. Bo Zhu. I received my M.Sc degree at Rutgers University. I received my B.Sc degree at the University of Liverpool and Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, advised by Prof. Corina Constantinescu.
