Xiao Chen (陈 骁)
Biography
Hi there👋! I'm Xiao Chen, currently a third-year Ph.D. student at Multi-Media Lab (MMLab), The Chinese University of Hong Kong, under the supervision of Prof. Tianfan Xue.
I've spent wonderful time as an on-site research intern at Shanghai AI Laboratory, working closely with Dr. Jingbo Wang, Dr. Tai Wang, and Dr. Jiangmiao Pang. I received my B.Eng. Degree and Honors Degree (Chu Kochen Honors College) from Zhejiang University.
My interest lies at the intersection of Robotics, Vision, and Learning. My recent research focuses on three aspects:
- Active perception, exploration, and reconstruction of the 3D world
- Generation, animation, and resimulation of interactive assets and physically plausible motions
- Humanoid-object interaction, universal whole-body control, generation-driven humanoid control
