Founded in 2003, Wolfgang's began with the legendary archives of concert promoter Bill Graham (born Wolfgang Grajonca). This extensive collection included concert memorabilia from the Bay Area and across the world dating back to the 1960s, along with master recordings of historic live performances.

Over the past 23 years, Wolfgang's has expanded to acquire and feature numerous poster collections featuring the most acclaimed poster artists of the past 60 years, one of the largest photography archives from the greatest photographers of the 20th century and the largest vintage magazine inventory in the world.

Wolfgang's archive of original posters, photography, vintage magazines and much more speaks to days past when concert tickets were $2, photographers had unrestricted access to performers, politicians, social leaders and our heroes and heroines were featured on magazine covers and long-form journalism was prominent.
