SIPRI Conversation:
Nordic–Japanese security cooperation
Nordic countries and Japan have increased their security cooperation in recent years. In this SIPRI Conversation video, Dr Jingdong Yuan and Fei Su from SIPRI’s China and Asia Security Programme shed light on the reasons for these developments and current trends. They discuss existing formats and areas of cooperation, as well as priorities for the future, against the backdrop of increasing uncertainty around the roles of the United States and China in the coming years.
