Just thought I would add that it helps to put target = like this:1-800-555-1212 and that stops the link from breaking in non mobile browsers. 🙂

Comment on Moving from Typepad to WordPress by Cord Blomquist

Wed, 10 Oct 2012 04:01:19 +0000https://www.scriptygoddess.com/?p=1683#comment-753124Jennifer, you may want to check out tp2wp.com, a new service my company just launched that converts TypePad and Movable Type export files into WordPress eXtended RSS, or "WXR," XML files. This means you can avoid all of the steps you've used above and just import the file as usual.
However, we've also created a custom version of the WordPress Importer, we call it the ReadyMade WordPress Importer, which will detect the MIME type of files without extensions, which are very, very common on TypePad.
If you ever need to work with a client migrating away from TypePad again, I hope you consider using tp2wp.com

Sun, 10 Jun 2012 22:08:19 +0000https://www.scriptygoddess.com/?p=1674#comment-712812I've been trying to get pagination with custom query based on next gallery album feature.
My goal is to show all album , without create page with shortcode. I'd like to fetch all the information from DB and update the page.
I've tried this in my homepage
$album_id = $wpdb->get_results('SELECT id, name FROM wp_ngg_album ORDER BY id DESC');
if($album_id):
global $album;
foreach($album_id as $album):
but I cannot work pagination issue out.
Could you help me please?
Thank you very much

When someone opens anything.mydomain.com it should stay anything.mydomain.com on browser but should call files from mydomain.com/test folder…
any idea how can i do that?

Thu, 29 Mar 2012 19:10:49 +0000https://www.scriptygoddess.com/?p=1677#comment-701897I found a fix to this very problem… It seems that WordPress 3.3.1 has some kind of caching issue which I discovered when I researched what I thought was completely different issue. In addition to my toolbar disappearing, my passwords were also being lost every time I logged back into my admin, and was being forced to re-set my password each time. Once I fixed the password problem (by doing the following instructions), it resolved my other (toolbar visibility) issues too.
***I went to admin 'general settings' and added the www. to the WordPress Address (URL) and it fixed the problem in all three of my sites with all the same issues.*** Yay!

I changed the actual link to the comments to just be myurl/mypage/?show=comments and removed the specific comment id
It does involve changing a core file wp-comments-post.php
