When someone opens anything.mydomain.com it should stay anything.mydomain.com on browser but should call files from mydomain.com/test folder…

***I went to admin 'general settings' and added the www. to the WordPress Address (URL) and it fixed the problem in all three of my sites with all the same issues.*** Yay!

just changed "page" to "paged" and suddenly page 2 really displayed page 2, not just the same darned page.

It does involve changing a core file wp-comments-post.php

At the bottom line 100 or so I changed:

$location = empty($_POST['redirect_to']) ? get_comment_link($comment_id) : $_POST['redirect_to'] . '#comment-' . $comment_id;

to

$location = empty($_POST['redirect_to']) ? get_comment_link($comment_id) : $_POST['redirect_to'];

Normally don't like to change core files but it's a simple fix after updates.
