Who We Are
The Reformed Church in the United States (RCUS) is a communion of confessional churches with a passion for church planting, missions and evangelism.
The church was founded in 1725 when John Philip Boehm first organized German Reformed immigrants in Pennsylvania into congregations. The first “Coetus” meeting was held in 1747. In its long history, the church has had periods of strength and weakness.
By God’s grace, today’s RCUS is characterized by a high view of Scripture, and a desire to take the gospel of Jesus Christ into all the world.
