Pulsar Physics and the General Particle Tracer (GPT) code
Pulsar Physics is specialized in charged particle accelerator and beam line design. We
offer consultancy services to various institutes around the world, as described on our Projects page. Our main design tool is the General Particle Tracer (GPT)
software package.
The General Particle Tracer code: Over the past years our General Particle Tracer (GPT) package has become a well established simulation tool for the design of accelerators and beam lines. GPT is based on 3D particle tracking techniques, providing a solid basis for the study of all 3D and non-linear effects of charged particles dynamics in electromagnetic fields.
Pulsar projects: Several projects have been carried out by Pulsar Physics, all in the field of charged particle accelerator design, as contract research. For more information about our consultancy services, please contact us at info@pulsar.nl.
