The Senior Environmental Employment Program at the Environmental Protection Agency, established with the passage of the Environmental Programs Assistance Act of 1984 (PL 98-313).
The Agriculture Conservation Experienced Services (ACES) Program at the U.S. Forest Service under USDA, authorized by Congress with the passage of the 2014 Farm Bill (PL 113-079), carried out on National Forest Service (NFS) land.
The Senior Community Service Employment Program is a community service and work-based job training program authorized by the Older Americans Act for low-income, unemployed older Americans.
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Experienced Service Program (ESP) was authorized under the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2018: Public Law 115-141, Section 115, the Department of Interior (DOI) in 2018.
NEW Solutions is partnering with the Economic Research Service (ERS) to provide enrollees who are experienced workers 55 years and older to assist with providing the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the public with critical economic information and research on food, agriculture, the environment and rural development.
NEW Solutions is partnering with the National Park Service (NPS) to provide Experienced Services Program (ESP) enrollees who are experienced workers 55 years and older, to complete work gaps and projects.

NEW Solutions is partnering with the Agricultural Research Service (ARS) to provide Experienced Worker Program (EWP) enrollees who are experienced workers 55 years and older, to complete work gaps and projects.
NEW Solutions is partnering with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) to provide Experienced Services Program (ESP) enrollees, professionals 55 years and older, to perform temporary and project-based conservation work.
NEW Solutions is partnering with the National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA) to provide Experienced Worker Program (EWP) enrollees who are experienced workers 55 years and older, to complete work gaps and projects.
NEW Solutions is partnering with the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) to provide Experienced Service Program (ESP) enrollees who are experienced workers 55 years and older, to utilize the talents of older workers (ages 55+) to fill workforce gaps, accomplish unexpected or non-routine projects, prevent skill attrition, and mentor newer employees. Â
NEW Solutions is partnering with the United States Geological Survey (USGS) to provide Experienced Service Program (ESP). The United States Geological Survey (USGS) Experienced Services Program (ESP) is a federal jobs program authorized annually in Department of Interior appropriations statutes. The ESP is an innovative, flexible, and proven workforce tool for USGS to utilize the knowledge, skills and experience of highly skilled professionals (age 55+); as well as a mechanism to bring in high-caliber mentors to support agency operations.
NEW Solutions is partnering with the Bureau of Reclamation to deliver the Experienced Services Program (ESP) — a flexible solution that leverages the expertise of Americans aged 55 and older to support mission‑critical projects.
