Some people read newspapers or write e-mail while commuting to work. William F. Walker brings along a portable keyboard and composes music as he rides Caltrain to his day job in Belmont.
Walker performs with a five-piece Brazilian-influenced jazz ensemble, Nossa Bossa. And his Caltrain compositions offer a creative outlet for his other passion: techno-electronic music.

RIAA at It Again: 482 More Sued
The recording industry Tuesday unleashed a new set of lawsuits against people who allegedly shared copyright music using peer-to-peer networks.
In this round, the music labels sued 482 people located in St. Louis, Denver, Washington, D.C., and New Jersey. The industry has sued 3,429 people since launching its lawsuit campaign last September.
