Beth Tschida shared thisEvery organization is racing to get AI into the hands of employees. The hard part was never access. It's control. That's exactly the problem we built Jamf's AI Governance to solve. If you run Amazon Bedrock and manage Macs, you can now make Bedrock part of the enforced configuration that you deploy for Claude Code, Claude Desktop or OpenAI Codex across your entire fleet, with zero setup required from the end user. It's delivered through Declarative Device Management, Apple's method for pushing settings that live on the device and resist local tampering, so your AI inference stays inside your own AWS security boundary. That's a rare win where end users, IT, security, and AI teams all come out ahead. Proud of what our team built alongside AWS to make this real. Read the blog below, and if this is a problem you're working through, let's talk, or reach out to your Jamf rep.Beth Tschida shared thisIf your organization is using AWS Bedrock and you have Macs, this one is for you! Bootstrap Bedrock as your enforced agentic provider and configure dozens of Claude Code, Claude Desktop, and OpenAI Codex settings and controls at enterprise scale securely via DDM and with zero end user interaction required. A win for end users, IT, AI, and security teams alike. A big thanks to Sofian Hamiti Cami Persson and Arun Chandapillai for their amazing partnership to make this blog and our integration happen. Beth Tschida reposted thisWorking in enterprise IT today often feels like a race to keep up with AI governance, with the finish line constantly shifting. Our guide, "Deploying AI on Mac," is realistic about this challenge. It begins by acknowledging that AI evolves faster than we can adapt, and each organization is at a different stage in this journey. The framework presented is actionable: it provides insight into what’s being used (even unapproved tools), control over deployment and configuration, and governance designed to withstand audits. If AI governance is a priority for you this year, download this essential resource and share it with your team: https://okt.to/eKvwLJ

Beth Tschida shared thisAI tools are becoming abundant. The human judgment required to use those tools to solve real problems is rare and that is exactly where innovation thrives. Incredible work by Matt and the entire Jamf team for keeping the focus exactly where it belongs: delivering real outcomes for our customers. We will continue to listen, learn, solve problems, and keep our customers at the center of everything we do. We are indeed just getting started!Beth Tschida shared thisToday marks a major milestone in Jamf's history. Yes, we released AI Governance – a brilliant capability to help IT and Security teams observe and control AI on their Macs – but for me today represents the day Jamf made the turn from a traditional B2B SaaS company to a modern, agile, AI-enhanced B2B SaaS company. In our traditional model, this capability would still be in the "design phase" of developing AI Governance. Instead, we are launching it today – a goal that would have been laughable a year ago for a company our size, reach, and scale. We've compressed approximately three quarters' worth of work and process into about three months. The important thing I want to call out is that this accomplishment would not have been possible without AI, but it equally would not have been possible without smart, aligned, and hardworking humans. The teamwork I've witnessed across product, engineering, marketing, sales, success, and other functions has been simply remarkable and is something AI just can't do. But, empowering those humans with the latest AI tooling – oh boy – did we move faster and with better coordination and accuracy than ever before. I'm always an optimist, but I'm truly excited about the future of Jamf. With incredibly smart and dedicated humans, backed by our hard-earned platform, and catalyzed by continuously leaning into whatever the latest AI technology has to offer, we're back to doing what we do best. And as they say, the best is yet to come! AI Governance is just the first of many, so stay tuned.

Beth Tschida shared thisIf you can see it and configure it, you can enable it. And aligning the right-sized tools to your users helps you better manage your AI spend.Beth Tschida shared thisThe conversation CTOs are having right now isn't whether to adopt AI. It's how to say yes in a way you can defend. Your engineers are already on the best tools, as they should be. But security is asking questions you don't have clean answers to yet. The board wants to know your AI posture. And you're trying to move fast without creating liability in the process. The CTOs threading this needle aren't locking AI down. They're governing how it behaves, not just whether it's allowed. When you get that right, it's a competitive advantage. Your engineers stay on the best tools, configured correctly. And when the CISO or board asks about AI risk, you hand them a report. Governance isn't a project you finish. It's the foundation that lets AI move faster. Watch the video below. Want to go deeper? Beth Tschida shared thisEight years ago, I joined Jamf. What followed has been the most formative chapter of my career. Today, I'm honored to share that I've accepted the role of Chief Executive Officer. Thank you to Francisco Partners for the trust and the conviction to take Jamf into its next chapter. The CEO seat is new for me. I'm stepping into it with humility and conviction. Jamf has spent more than two decades helping organizations succeed with Apple. That history, this team, and the nearly 80,000 customers who trust us with their Apple fleets give me a strong foundation to build on. I didn't get here alone. My family taught me that doing the right thing and being kind aren't a strategy; they're just how you live. The mentors I've had along the way (too many to name in a paragraph) showed me how to bring that into work. That's the standard I aspire to bring with me into this role. The work ahead is real. AI is reshaping how organizations operate, and our job is to put AI to work on Apple, securely and at scale. That's the work Jamf was built for. To the Jamf team: thank you for showing me every day what relentless self-improvement looks like. To our customers and partners: thank you for your partnership. We'll keep earning it. https://lnkd.in/ghQUWe3pJamf names Beth Tschida as Chief Executive OfficerJamf names Beth Tschida as Chief Executive Officer

Beth Tschida reacted on thisBeth Tschida reacted on thisAfter nearly five years, I've closed my chapter at Jamf. And I find myself feeling genuinely grateful for every part of it. I came to Jamf as a customer first. I knew the product, I believed in the mission, and when I joined the team, that belief only deepened. There is something rare about a company that takes Apple at work seriously at a scaled enterprise level, and the people who build it take it even more seriously. I had the privilege of leading IT, Information Security and operations through a period of real transformation, and none of that happens without trust. Dean Hager, John Strosahl, and Beth Tschida gave me that trust from day one, and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work alongside each of you. What's next is something I've thought about carefully. I'm joining TPG as a Field Operations Advisor, which means I get to do what I love most: working alongside technology and operations leaders at world-class companies as they navigate their own transformation journeys. I've spent my career in those seats, and now I get to be a partner to others in them! I'm deeply grateful to Robert Roley, Michael Kostow, and the TPG Capital team for this opportunity. I couldn't be more excited about what's ahead. To everyone at Jamf, thank you for letting me be part of something that mattered. I'll be rooting for you all!

Beth Tschida liked thisBeth Tschida liked thisI'm excited to share that I've been elected to the Board of Directors of Cooperative Energy Futures (CEF)! Over the past decade, my journey into solar, home electrification, and energy efficiency has given me a firsthand appreciation for both the promise of clean energy and the barriers in accessing it. That's why I'm so enthusiastic about CEF's mission. Cooperative Energy Futures is expanding access to clean energy through community ownership, making it possible for more Minnesotans to benefit from solar and geothermal while keeping the economic value of those investments in our local communities. I'm honored to join an organization that is proving the clean energy transition can be innovative, accessible, and community-driven. I'm looking forward to working alongside an incredible board and staff to help CEF continue growing its impact across Minnesota. If you're interested in community solar, reducing your energy costs, or geothermal, or generally supporting a resilient and sustainable future, I encourage you to learn more about Cooperative Energy Futures (https://lnkd.in/gV6uRwNt). I am sure that you will be as inspired by their work as I am.

Beth Tschida reacted on thisBeth Tschida reacted on thisLast month, I stepped away from Jamf to focus on the small business I own with my husband. Even for a professional communicator, it has been difficult to sum up my experience and reflection in words. I really, really grew as a person the past 7 years at Jamf. In part because I wanted to, yes. But honestly, mostly because of the incredible people that surrounded me every day. They encouraged me to challenge myself, think differently, and ultimately, use my voice to make a positive impact. My wish for anyone reading this is that you find people you genuinely love working with. I wouldn't have made it to 7 years at Jamf if I weren't so supported by my colleagues. And I made lasting friendships that I'm so grateful for. Jamf team - you are lightning in a bottle. I really love y'all. If there is anything I can do to help you out, tomorrow or 5 years from now, you know where to find me. Beth Tschida liked thisWonderful to celebrate many great accomplishments and exciting new opportunities. Congratulations! Love you.Beth Tschida liked thisHello LinkedIn family! A couple of recent professional updates: Over a year ago, I graduated from Minnesota State University with my Master of Science in Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology. Apparently one master's degree wasn't enough, so I finished a second master's in Clinical Counseling, completing my internship at the MNSU Counseling Center. My time at Minnesota State was life-changing in every way imaginable, and the connections I made there continue to be a gift that keeps on giving. Last Friday, I passed the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE), a mouthful of an acronym, but an important step toward becoming a licensed counselor. Most importantly, after months of a frustrating job search (and perhaps a little overuse of my professional network), I connected with Erin Ayala PhD LP CMPC, who had the perfect job, team, and company vision for what I was looking for. Starting next week, I will be joining the Skadi Sport Psychology team as Pre-Licensed Athletic Counselor, and I'm finding it hard to contain my excitement and gratitude for the timing of this opportunity. This position allows me to combine my training in sport psychology and clinical counseling, along with my interests of working with coaches, athletes, and parents of athletes into an incredibly unique and rewarding role. If you are - or know - an athlete, coach, or parent who would be interested, Skadi offers free discovery calls to learn more about our services. You can book said discovery calls here: https://lnkd.in/gji67SM6 A quick personal update. I am moving back to the great city of Saint Paul with my lovely partner, Lauren Feasel, who is also a fantastic therapist in her own right. I have so many people to thank that I fear I will be banned from LinkedIn for too long of a post if I list them all. My network is both my superpower and my best teammate, so thank you to everyone who has helped me get where I am now. I hope I get the chance to pay it forward as my career progresses.

Security tool sprawl hurts twice: higher IT spend and slower response. When your controls are spread across too many products, it’s harder to prove coverage, harder to respond, and harder to show underwriters consistent protection. Consolidation with a platform like Cynet can improve: • visibility (one place to validate controls) • response speed (lower MTTD/MTTR) • evidence for renewals That’s how security starts paying you back: by reducing the “insurance tax.” Full story: https://lnkd.in/eMg6Swgv #CyberSecurity #CyberInsurance #Cynet #XDR #MDR #ROI

📊 Your cyber insurance application is now a security audit in disguise. Five years ago, it was a simple form. Check a few boxes, pay the premium, move on. Now? Underwriters want proof. Screenshots. Policies. Logs. I recently reviewed a policy renewal for a growing company. They believed they had “good security.” But when the carrier asked about multi factor authentication, privileged access controls, and documented incident response plans… the answers were shaky. The premium nearly doubled. This is what’s changing in the cyber insurance world: 🛡 Carriers require multi factor authentication on email, admin accounts, and remote access — no exceptions 📋 Written policies matter — if it’s not documented, insurers assume it doesn’t exist 🔍 Endpoint detection tools are often mandatory — basic antivirus is rarely enough ⏱ Incident response plans must include named roles and outside contacts — vague plans get flagged 💰 Claims investigations look for negligence — if controls were missing, payouts can shrink Cyber insurance used to transfer risk. Now it forces maturity. And here’s the hard truth: if you don’t qualify for coverage, that’s a signal — not a paperwork problem. Before your next renewal catches you off guard, it’s worth reviewing where you truly stand. Want a second set of eyes before you submit your next application? 📅 Let’s take a look together: https://linkcorp.com/ #CyberInsurance #RiskManagement #SMBSecurity #Compliance #BusinessProtection

Claims shouldn't just be a cost center. They should be a strategic advantage. Underwriters need more than just "handled" files—they need insight, data, and absolute confidence in the outcomes. The next evolution of claims handling isn't just about speed; it's about connecting frontline adjusting data with portfolio-level analytics. This allows carriers to understand trends, exposures, and reserve adequacy in near real-time. At Vanguard Claims, we are building systems that do more than just close a claim. We deliver a process that: ✅ Supports Adjusters with the right tools for accuracy. ✅ Informs Underwriters with clear, actionable data. ✅ Withstands Scrutiny long after the file is closed. This isn't automation for automation’s sake. It's about driving better decisions and delivering results our partners can stand behind. Let’s turn your claims department into your biggest strategic asset. #ClaimsLeadership #DataDrivenClaims #InsuranceOperations #UnderwritingInsight #RiskManagement #VanguardClaims

If an insurer reviewed your environment today, which control would you be least confident proving? A) MFA on every account/app B) Recent backup test results C) EDR on all endpoints D) Training & IR documentation Research shows claims challenged most often for MFA gaps. Even one legacy path can be enough. (Blog link in first comment.)
