Our favourite thing about this time of year is the sudden explosion of beautiful markets everywhere! Holiday markets in the countryside near the Koigu farm as well as in our family’s cultural home Estonia, are merrily full of local artisans, cozy handicrafts, twinkle lights, mulled wine and fun in the snow!
CANDLELIT FEAST is inspired by the cozy richness of a dimly lit winter night spent with loved ones surrounded by warm food. Velvety reds, waxy golds and warm sages blend into this decadent limited edition colourway.
Divya and Swaran of Michigan Fine Yarns came to the Koigu farm to visit last week to get inspired and show off their new gorgeous shawl they are launching - The Elliot Shawl!
2 best friends, 26 paint cans, 176 granny squares… One of our favourite #makeitkoigu projects this year!
A classic family outing - a classic car show! Every small town has one and you can often see the classic cars gathering at fall fairs & markets. October is the last hurrah for these pristine beauties that will soon be put to bed for the winter.
The final collector colour of our floral summer series is here! The golden sunsets of summer are still here, but a little earlier & a little chillier, but full of promise of a busy September ahead!
This month’s collector colour is inspired by the colourful carefree days of childhood summer. You know those hazy hot days of summer where you seemed to just live in your bathing suit? Or the family camping trips where all your camping gear was colourful and you were surrounded by nature waiting to be explored?
This coming month’s collector colour is inspired by the cheerful picnic season of the summer. Being surrounded by the buzzing of honeybees in the flowers, gingham blankets and sandwiches in the sunshine.
