CommandCenter is a geospatial data visualization platform designed to address the Department of Defense’s most complex operational challenges. The platform’s streamlined interface delivers comprehensive data from a strategic global perspective down to tactical asset-level detail, enhancing situational awareness and enabling warfighters and decision-makers to rapidly execute decisively for threat neutralization and mission optimization.
Features include:
- High-quality speed and design. CommandCenter offers a dynamic and immersive experience with gaming-like speeds and a UI/UX framework that is meticulously designed to provide clear, concise, and easily-interpretable information. The platform supports a myriad of real-time moving entities and data formats in an ultra-high-performant (60-120 fps) front-end.
- Fast implementation. CommandCenter is a plug-and-play platform that is easily customizable to ensure operators receive optimized data, the right way, to maximize efficiency and reduce delays.
- Government rights. Hypergiant’s platform utilizes a tech-agnostic, non-proprietary approach that grants the U.S. government purpose rights. Features of CommandCenter can be merged into the government code base, or they can be copied to a new infrastructure instance and scaled for allied nations or other critical infrastructure and industry applications.
- Security and compliance. Data access and data compliance for all services is pre-determined and then carefully programmed into code to ensure proper guardrails are in place to prevent any sensitive data from leaking.
- No licensing fees. Our business is about delivering new features, which can be used by the government in perpetuity without exorbitant licensing fees or costs that increase with adoption.

In collaboration with the U.S. Air Force, the Joint Effects for Real-time Integrated Command & Control Operations (JERIC2O) adaptation of CommandCenter is the Department of Defense’s only modern, cloud-enabled, tactical level command-and-control (C2) software developed for the U.S. government. JERIC2O is a customized buildout of the User Interface (UI) for Cloud-Based Command and Control (CBC2), the first joint all-service command and control solution fielded by the U.S. Air Force (USAF) and developed for the USAF Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS). The interface can simply be merged into the government-owned code base, or it can be copied to a new infrastructure instance and scaled for any DoD client.

Hypergiant assisted the U.S. Army with advanced predictive maintenance and sustainment for its fleet, using CommandCenter. CommandCenter can highlight an imminent failure and rapidly access manuals to provide detailed repair instructions. Emphasizing fix-forward capabilities, CommandCenter helps operators determine where to repair the vehicle and find matching local skillsets, facilities, and available parts appropriate to the extent and complexity of repair.

As a map-based geospatial solution, CommandCenter can be leveraged to track satellites in orbit or beyond into the furthest reaches of mapped space, displaying all available information in context to empower decisions. Using two-line element sets (TLEs) of satellites, orbital debris, and more, CommandCenter can alert warfighters of collisions or other anomalies, provide courses of action to avoid unwanted outcomes, and execute tasking commands – all from a single pane of glass. Utilizing asset-level details and predictive maintenance, operators can zoom into satellite telemetry to view hardware, history, fuel levels, and more, providing predictive maintenance models to service an asset before it fails.

Using CommandCenter for physical security leverages data fusion to see and understand applicable activity in real time. Operators can have unparalleled situational awareness of facilities, leveraging multiple data feeds like weather, crime statistics, live camera access, social media, and traffic data. CommandCenter will source all known information on an issue and quickly generate actions to notify authorities when necessary. In extreme cases, CommandCenter can generate courses of action, automated personnel notifications, preferred evacuation routes, and known hazards.
