Welcome to Fans, a webcomic I wrote and developed from 2000-2005 (after a print run in 1999) and then again from 2008-2012. You can click the big image to go to the first page or use the navigation buttons below.
I did most of it with artist Jason Waltrip and editor Greg Eatroff, though its experimental, flexible-format approach invited a small army of guest artists, too. From a core template of "science-fiction fans in science-fiction situations," we went in many directions, mostly amusing and exciting but (fair warning) sometimes disturbing. It's about the power of imagination to confront anything the world throws at you, whether you're a character, a creator, or a reader. I hope you enjoy it! T Campbell |
