Clerk's Office Notices
On November 12, 2025, the President signed H.R. 5371, a Continuing Resolution that funds the federal government through January 30, 2026. Any deadlines which were tolled and the filing of any paper copies of briefs and appendices which were deferred during the shutdown are now due by November 26, 2025. A party may file the appropriate motion requesting additional time, if needed.PACER Service Center (PSC) has provided additional guidance as it implements Multi-Factor Authentication.
