When trying to save the settings in the plugins backend (for any settings tab) I get the browser error message that the server stopped sending the response (possibly due to server overload). However, there is no server overload – and saving settings for any other plugin and for the WordPress core settings works. The server configuration has not been changed in the past months and the plugin worked well on the same server setting before.

Well to dig deeper into this, it would be helpful to take a look at what gets printed to your your PHP error log when you try to save the settings. If you haven’t already, you’ll need to set this up. there is a plugin called “Error Log Monitor” that can help with this.

Hi, I’m not sure if my case could apply to your one. But I found the reason of my case really hard way. I thought that one between the hosting server and plugin was providing issue. But it was not. I turned off a university network that I was using for WiFi and connected to my site using personal internet network. And I could submit the setting of the plugin. But I still do not know why my university network prevents the plugin from submitting the settings to the server. I think this issue affects some of people who have similar network environments like me.
Thank you for your support. I still love your plugin very much.

Thanks for posting what you found out. That makes sense, because I kew it had to be network or server with an error like that.
