There is nothing on the plugin’s admin UI suggesting that there is an error.

Since it is happening for multiple accounts, is it something we need to do anything, or is it on Facbook’s side only?
Could there be a message added to the admin UI about this issue?
I started seeing this error across a handful of unrelated domains last night for sites using with this plugin too. I suspect there must be an issue with the facebook end of the API, or maybe they deprecated something this plugin uses?

Hi everyone,
We were able to replicate this issue when the W3 Total Cache plugin is active.
Please try the following:
- Go to W3 Total Cache Plugin Settings > Page Cache > Advanced Settings > Never cache the following pages
- In “Never cache the following pages”, add these two entries:
/wp-admin/admin-post.php/wp-content/plugins/official-facebook-pixel/core/class-servereventasynctask.php
- Save Settings
If you’re also using Database Cache and Minify – you will have to add these pages as exceptions as well.

I’ll have to open a thread too. These handful of sites use wp-super-cache plugin, not W3 Total Cache. They also have WordFence, so if it’s caching or firewall that could be related…

It seems to be working fine now. I’ve not received an error in 4 days.
