Account Activation & Password Reset

After your identity has been verified via SMS, phone, or email you will be able to enter your new password.
To activate your ETSU domain and email account or reset your password, enter the requested information below.
This will activate or reset your domain account, Desire to Learn (eLearn), and email passwords.
This will also change your Goldmail password if you have a previously issued goldmail account.
Students who have not been enrolled since Spring 2016 will be issued an @etsu.edu address when readmitted.
Enter Your Identifying Information
Please enter your ENumber, the Last 4 digits of your SSN (if you have one), and your Date of Birth below in order to verify your identity. If you do not know your ENumber, please use this page to get it.After your identity has been verified via SMS, phone, or email you will be able to enter your new password.
