Jistik's Chargeback Recovery Environment (CRE) helps manufacturers and wholesalers recover invalid chargebacks and deductions. A chargeback occurs when a retailer sends an item back from the store to the wholesaler. Jistik hired Nitobi to help build a user-friendly interface for the CRE. By tailoring its Ajax-powered components, Nitobi built an intuitive data organization structure and an easy-to-use interface for viewing large amounts of data. The full-featured Web 2.0, hosted application incorporates modified versions of Nitobi Grid, Calendar and Call Out.
