Hi there. I have a client on 1.6.8, and they’re planning a round of updates and changes, including forums (yay?). I know I can download EE 1.x when I upgrade their existing license. But ... if I purchase the Discussion Forum Module, will it work with 1.x? Or do I need to upgrade their site to 2.x?

Hi, Michael. When you purchase the EE2.x version of the forums, you’ll have a download link to get the EE1.x version of the forums. Exactly the same way you can also get the EE1.x version instead of the 2.x version. Does that help?
