Joining the ExpressionEngine Affiliate Network is easy! Simply submit your information to us and you will be entered into our database of affiliates. Next, you simply need to link to ExpressionEngine.com using your Affiliate link. Example links are provided in the View Account page and directions for creating links to specific parts of our site are located in the FAQ.
When a person clicks the affiliate link on your page, we set a cookie for their browser that lets us know who referred them. If they make a purchase, we will record it and send you a percentage of the sale as a thank you for helping grow the ExpressionEngine community. It is that simple!
Technical and Legal Notes
Due to limitations with PayPal, Affiliate purchases made via PayPal are not counted.
- Since ExpressionEngine provides volume discounts to users who purchase multiple copies of products, we do not allow affiliates to refer themselves. Anyone who is found to be doing this covertly will have their affiliate account suspended.
- At this time we can only provide rewards to people with a PayPal account.
- Sending unsolicited email (spam) of any sort is not permitted and will result in your affiliate account being revoked. If you would like to report an abuse, email us at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)
- You may only place Affiliate links on sites owned and operated by you. You MAY NOT post your affiliate link to message boards, forums, news readers, email lists, online groups, or any manner of communication for an online community. This would be considered spamming and would result in suspension of your affiliate account.
