We’ve gone through about 3 or 4 cycles of people being annoyed with our old site design. The cycle goes something like this. First, “Hey can I help you redesign your site? It needs help”. Next, “You need to redesign your site”. After that, “Ugh. Your site is awful. I can’t use it. Redesign it or I will boycott you”. Then, “Sounds of crickets”. Finally, “I’m going to hit you in the mouth if you don’t fix your site”. Rinse and repeat.
