YUI 3 — Official Debut of Next-Gen YUI
Posted October 2, 2009
YUI 3.0.0 is the first ground-up rewrite of Yahoo!'s popular JavaScript and CSS library since 2005, and this new version is fast, easy, and powerful. We're proud to announce that we've issued the first production-ready release of YUI 3, bringing the core of the library and its most important utility features out of beta.
Yahoo! projects like our new homepage are using YUI 3, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We think you'll like the new syntax, speed, and granularity that this library brings to your projects.
