Tumblr is cool, but it didn't have everything I wanted. Like what?
- Commenting on articles (with Defensio for spam protection)
- In-place editing for comments.
- Showing the source of an item imported from a feed.
- Pull your tweets in from Twitter.
- Pull your pictures in from Flickr.
- Pull your links in from del.icio.us.
- The ability to specify whether or not you want to import direct replies from Twitter.
- Support for syntax highlighted code snippets.
- The flexibility to add new post types, or even new feeds types.
- Open source! The code is over at GitHub.
- Other stuff that I can't think of right now...
