- What time does the class start/end?
- Class begins promptly at 9AM (09:00) and concludes at 5PM (17:00), except the MySQL Bootcamp, which begins at 7:30AM (07:30) and concludes at 7:30PM (19:30).
- How do I enroll for class?
- A comprehensive listing of MySQL course offerings can be accessed via https://www.mysql.com/training/schedule.php. You can register directly for the required course/location via the Online Shop accessed directly when you select "Register". If you have any questions or prefer to speak with a MySQL representative directly, please submit your query via the "Questions" link. A representative will contact you within a reasonable timeframe.
- How can I pay for a class?
- You can pay for the class via the Online Shop at the time of registration using Mastercard, Visa or Amex.
- When can students cancel and under what conditions?

- Students must cancel at least 10 business days prior to the start of class in order to get a refund. If a request is received less than 10 busines days prior to the start of the course, a student is eligible to reschedule once.
- If a student has registered for a course and can no longer attend, he/she can nominate another person to attend. All requests must be received in a written format and can be emailed to training@mysql.com. MySQL requires that the request include the new attendee's name, email address and telephone number.
- If a student cannot attend the first day of class but will arrive later, he/she must notify MySQL; he/she will be considered a No-Show without prior notification. Notifications can be emailed to training@mysql.com.
- No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
- MySQL reserves the right to cancel any Public Training Course up to ten (10) business days prior to the start-date of the course. Please keep this cancellation policy in mind if you are considering non-refundable airline tickets.
- MySQL will not be responsible for travel, lodging, or any other expenses you may incur.
- How can I use pre-purchased Training Credits?
- MySQL Training Credits are a currency-based “account” of funds that can be used to purchase on-site, certification vouchers, and public scheduled training classes. Visit our website for training products: https://www.mysql.com/training/catalog.html
- Where can I use Training Credits?

Training credits can only be used in the Region where they were purchased. The Regions are identified here as:
- United States
- Canada
- NEUR - Northern Europe: UK, IRL, SWE, NOR, FIN, DEN, BEL, LUX, NE
- CEUR - Central Europe: Germany, Austria, Switzerland
- SEUR - Southern Europe: France, Spain, Portugal, Italy
- Japan
- India
- China/Hong Kong /Singapore
- Korea
- Is there an expiration date on my Training Credits?
- Yes, credits will expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused funds are forfeited and no extension beyond expiration is permitted.
- What languages are used to deliver training?
- Unless otherwise noted, all courses are delivered in English with the exception of courses in the following countries:
France: All courses will be delivered in the French language
Germany: All courses will be delivered in the German language
Brazil: All courses will be delivered in the Portuguese language
Indonesia: All courses will be delivered in the Indonesian language
Israel: All courses will be delivered in Hebrew
Italy: All courses will be delivered in the Italian language
Russia: All courses will be delivered in the Russian language
Norway: All courses will be delivered in the Norwegian language
China: All courses will be delivered in the Mandarin Chinese language
Hong Kong: All courses will be delivered in the English language
Japan: All courses will be delivered in the Japanese language
