The Java Posse Roundup is an annual open-space conference in Crested Butte, CO where we discuss various topics around the Java domain. This year we are dealing with the open ended topic of Developer Productivity on the JVM. All are welcome, it isn't free but the cost of the conference is low (travel and lodging for the event are likely to cost you more). Skiing and other outdoor activities are integrated into the conference, but don't worry, there will be plenty of technical meat. This year we have a free "Alternative Languages on the JVM Day" on the Monday before the conference.
