Java for Mac OS X 10.4, Release 5
If you are still using Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) you may wish to manually update to the newest release of Java. You may download Java for Mac OS X 10.4, Release 5 from the Java Downloads page. Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard includes all the latest updates, and adds 64-bit support for Intel processors.
