SQS(Shared Questionnaire System) is a set of Swing/JavaWebStart applications for questionnaire administrators; (1)SourceEditor: XML Editor/Questionnaire Form Designer/XSL-FO based PDF publisher, (2)MarkReader: OMR(Optical Mark Reader) and CSV/XML/HTML statistics generator.
In SQS, an e-form definition with the subset of XForm1.0/XHTML2.0
can be XSLTransformed into a FO+SVG document representing
OMR questionnaire form, rendered into a specially designed PDF form print master document.
The form layout manipulation is automated by FO processor with XSL style information.
OMR questionnaire form in black ink on normal paper, multiple page nad double side print is supported.
The original e-form definition and SVG form rendering information
on paged media are attached to the PDF document.
