Description The "Ibis Toolkit" will be a parent project for a series of subprojects: here are the 2 main ones I wish to implement- GUI front end for Derby DB that will enable users to create embedded DB forms. The behaviour of these forms can be customised with Jython/Rhino and will enable full query/update of the database. A GUI table-based XML editor (as opposed to tree based) with form generation (also scripatble with Jython to enable custom behaviour). There will also be an XML-QL aware command shell where you can create XML-QL scripts in a separate IDE and bulk process XML documents using Jython/Rhino to call the XML-QL "functions" enabling creation and analysis of the data. Things to come at later stages include abilty to programmatically query and analyse data in the XML or databases and graph them with JGraph, but this is dependant on the other 2 projects first. The default look and feel for the application will be substance laf because I think it looks pretty nice.
