It runs in the stellar text editor jEdit but is being developed with portability as a goal. It consists of a columnar file browser, a path bar as a navigational aide, and a favorites list. Integrated into the columnar browser is Ant building and source code navigation features. Project Browser is currently in an alpha development stage. Project Browser Plug-in Contact: Philip Weaver (philip@philmaker.com) Description Project Browser is a project navigation plug-in. At this time it runs in the excellent text editor: jEdit. It is an alternative to jEdit's Project Viewer plug-in. I have happily used and appreciated the Project Viewer plug-in for several years but wish to take a different direction with a columnar view with a bit more integration of other areas and narrower initial focus in some areas. I want to make it easier to configure and manage multiple related projects and at the same time delve deeper into these projects; e.g. targets and source code navigation inline in the columnar view. At this stage, I am planning to remain the sole developer until the tool matures a little more. But if you happen to download it and want to send me screenshots or report major bugs you encounter, I would appreciate it.
