PostgreSQL has quite a system of error codes, or SQL state codes, dealing with them in Python is normally not done, so this project is born to provide Python interfaces to PostgreSQL's state codes. Of course, it's not just a list of codes; it's a couple modules of the state codes and classes bound to a Python exception hierarchy for a more Pythonic experience.
