I’m a California Tax Foreclosure Specialist offering training/coaching and procurement services. I am also a real estate investor.

My background is 21 years in the real estate industry. I started as an escrow closer in 1994 and worked as a closer/Escrow Officer in 2 states for 10+ years before opening my own Title Insurance and Escrow company in Colorado. I’ve also taken the necessary courses for the Real Estate Sales License in 3 states – although I only activated my license in Washington – I used the information I learned in the licensing courses to design and teach continuing education courses for active real estate agents around the Denver metro area. In Washington state, I was a licensed agent working solely with homeowners at risk of losing their homes in the crash, helping them avoid foreclosure when possible. I’ve also worked as assistant to a very successful real estate team in Langley, BC and held the position of Regional Administrative Manager for the largest independently owned real estate company in British Columbia, serving more than 600 active agents. I bought my first property in 1997 and haven’t stopped since. I started investing in tax foreclosures a number of years ago and haven’t seen better returns in any other buy & hold or buy & flip program out there. Creating the company that I have, investing, teaching and consulting, has given me the freedom to completely be myself in business and be of service to others.

I love what I do and it seems it’s in my blood. My purpose, perhaps.

Along the way, I thought it might be fun to blog about my experiences: my research, my business, rental properties, my clients, my volunteer time and the people I interact with on a daily basis.
