What we need is not a distraction from our emotions but an outlet for them.
We do not need more distractions.
We move through life, through the ups and downs. Life can be a struggle in its own. We push through the day, carrying more than we realise. There is so much stress, so many little worries that pile up quietly in the background. Some days we are not even sure if it is worth it, but we keep going anyway.
