Kramer, just now saw your reply. I am doing great. I have been working with Matt Bolus (formerly of the sanctuary) at his new restaurant just outside of Seabrook. I took a brief step away from the kitchen shortly after Stevie left McCrady’s. It is amazing what the time away can do for you. I feel as if my time away created a drive and desire that I never seemed to have before (unfortunately as the case was when I was working with you…so much more I could have learned if I had more focus then). I do want to thank you for what I did learn and still consider you to be one of my more influential mentors (even if I did not show it at the time). Congrats on your 2nd GQ nod.
