     Kramer, just now saw your reply. I am doing great. I have been working with Matt Bolus (formerly of the sanctuary) at his new restaurant just outside of Seabrook. I took a brief step away from the kitchen shortly after Stevie left McCrady’s. It is amazing what the time away can do for you. I feel as if my time away created a drive and desire that I never seemed to have before (unfortunately as the case was when I was working with you…so much more I could have learned if I had more focus then). I do want to thank you for what I did learn and still consider you to be one of my more influential mentors (even if I did not show it at the time). Congrats on your 2nd GQ nod.

   What’s up Kramer, nice blog, was talking to Chris Edwards yesterday and he told me I should check it out. Looks fantastic, makes me want to come back stateside and work, nobody in Sweden is doing that kind of stuff. Went to eat at one of your old stomping grounds a couple of months ago ( The Fat Duck) don’t know how you didn’t go crazy in that small town. I hope you and Sheldon and the little Kramer are doing well. Amalia and our little girl Nova, sends there love to. Drop me a line and give me your number. Talk to you soon J
