What is a registered office address?
A registered address is where all communications and notices to the company are addressed to, and where the company’s registers and records are kept.
A company may have multiple office address locations, but only one registered office address.

What are the requirements of registered office addresses?
All companies must ensure that their registered office is open and accessible to the public for at least three hours during ordinary business hours on each business day.
The purpose of this requirement is to allow members of the public to reach out to the office if necessary and to facilitate the delivery of any legal documents.
The registered office must be an address in Singapore, but it need not be the place of operation. For instance, your company’s registered office address may be in Raffles Place but your factory could be located in Tuas.

Why don't you provide telephone lines?It is more cost-effective for our clients to purchase a phone line directly from a telecommunications company. Additionally, providing telephone lines does not offer significant value-add for our clients.

What’s the refund policy?We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund policy (70% refund) if the virtual address has not been used as the registered address with ACRA or any government agencies, and no mail has been received at the address. All refunds are subject to a 30% deduction to cover Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processing and payment gateway fees.
