Hi all,

I’m a true foodie at heart, luv eating food, cooking, baking and talking about food with friends so this is the perfect opportunity to share all my thoughts and ideas about food.

I’m a girl from Ireland, the sunny south east to be exact, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford have a passion for hurling but that’s for another day!!

I studied Food Business in UCC, Cork and then moved to Dublin where I’ve been working for food companies since.

I’ve been a fan of baking, cooking and sugarcraft blogs for a long time however have only just had the nerve to set up my own blog today. I’m hoping to put up pictures of my cakes, sugarcraft tutorials and my baking escapades.

I only started sugarcraft last September so am relatively new however luv learning new techniques and trialling my project on willing genuie pigs.

I’ve always loved baking since i was a tot & mum used to make us fairy cakes, marble cakes and sponge cakes so i’ve always enjoyed eating them. My Nana also used to make yeast bread, doughnuts and buns with us on her Aga when we went to visit, I think the Aga always gave beautiful flavour.
