About Me.

So I’m 23 years old, and am currently living just outside Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. I attended Villanova University where I obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and a minor degree in German Literature and Culture. Upon graduation I kinda screwed around and am now working at a small coffeeshop in town sorta trying to figure things out. Sort of.

I am the only son in a family of four children. We are a unique family in the fact that there are two sets of twins. I am the youngest in my family, and have a twin sister. The older set of twins, age 27, are fraternal as well.

I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes on May 4, 2006, and spent about two months on injections. I was put on an Animas IR1250 on July 5, 2006. Much to my disliking, my first pump died on May 21, 2007. I replaced that pump with an Animas 2020, and then upgraded from there to a OneTouch (Animas) Ping system in August 2010. I recently (May 2012) added a Dexcom7+ to the family and am quite happy with all my diabetes gadgets.

It has also come to my attention that I desperately need to update the photos I have on this blog… but hate pictures. So there’s that.
