This repository provides German documentation relating to the text recognition and transcription platform eScriptorium. The documentation was created in the context of the OCR-BW project.
View on GitHubAuf dieser Seite stellen wir Ihnen detaillierte Nutzungs- und Installationshinweise zur Texterkennungs- und Transkriptionsplattform eScriptorium zur Verfügung. eScriptorium wurde als Teil des französischen scripta-Projektes entwickelt und basiert technisch u. a. auf der OCR-Software Kraken. Es ist eine kostenfreie Open-Source-Alternative zu Transkribus und lässt sich auch lokal auf dem eigenen Rechner installieren. Die Dokumentationen wurden im Rahmen des vom Ministerium für Wissenschaft Forschung und Kunst BW geförderten Projektes OCR-BW erstellt. Über Hinweise und Verbesserungen via Pull-Request sind wir stets dankbar.
