This months Tyne & Wear Left Unitys Red Reading group is on Monday 11th July 7pm at the Gateshead Civic Centre.
The topic this time is “The Roots of the Spanish Revolution”
A D.I.Y. attempt to explain both the long-term causes of the 1936 revolution, and also why the Spanish Revolutionary movement came to be dominated by Anarchism.
We can discuss the revolution itself when the presentation has finished, and perhaps someone would like to prepare a session on the revolution for the future? We will see what the discussion is leading to. The reading for this month is; “A Day Mournful and Overcast” –
