Someone getting the chance to heal is rather incredible. When someone is hurting, they need a safe and informed space to receive the support they deserve. Whether you become a core monthly donor through TWLOHA Blue or give a one-time gift, you make our job of providing hope and connecting someone struggling to professional care possible.
Our mission + your mission
To Write Love on Her Arms is a non-profit movement dedicated to presenting hope and finding help for people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury, and suicide. TWLOHA exists to encourage, inform, inspire, and invest directly in treatment and recovery.
Be a steady source of hope.
One of the best ways to make a difference in the work we do is to become a monthly donor. You’ll join our TWLOHA Blue Crew and receive exclusive membership perks.
Amplify hope and invite your community to support TWLOHA with an online fundraising campaign. Every dollar raised matters when it comes to saving someone’s life.
We love finding ways to work with businesses that want to help spread TWLOHA's message of hope and raise funds for our mission. Whether you work for a corporation or own a small business—we'd love to hear more.
We are passionate about equipping high school students with knowledge, support, and life-saving resources. Help us keep this program free for all students.
We have seen firsthand the incredible impact a shirt can have on someone struggling. By purchasing items from our store, you’re not only investing in this work but you’re sharing a message of hope with those around you.
When you donate your birthday to TWLOHA through Facebook it’s a chance to celebrate your story and to give those hurting a chance to find the hope and help they deserve.
Each year we team up with races across the globe to bring a message of hope and raise funds for access to mental health resources. Move for your story. Move for your community.
We offer high schools a free curriculum called Between the Bells to spark authentic conversations about mental health and provide important resources to students.
We love collaborating with streamers and content creators in saying that it’s OK to talk about mental health—it’s OK to ask for help. We need your voice in this conversation.
Our free Mental Health Toolkit gives people the chance to build and expand their coping skills through counselor-guided videos, worksheets, affirmations, and more.
Our online community is a safe place for those hurting as well as those wanting to be an advocate for mental health. We invite you to follow us and be a part of this amazing collective.
Your support of this mission is fuel for change. Mental health resources and conversations have come a long way since 2006. But stigma and barriers remain, keeping resources limited and people struggling alone. Don’t underestimate the impact your voice, financial support, and compassion can have in saving lives.
