Toledo Integrated Media Education, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, was formed in 2013 in order to organize and mobilize community support for independent media that empowers underrepresented perspectives in the Toledo, Ohio area.

Since December 2017, Toledo Integrated Media Education (TIME) has operated WAKT-LP 106.1FM, a community radio station .

Since June 2024, Toledo Integrated Media Education (TIME) has operated a digital local newsroom, the Toledo Free Press.
